For the most part, I eat a variety of the above foods, 5 solid days a week, and usually half a day on Sundays. I'm only human to want to eat burgers, fried food, and sweets at least 1 (or 2) days a week (usually being Friday & Saturday). I hope in the near future, I can throw away the cheats for an extended period of time and work on intense, disciplined training.
