Sidenote:
I very rarely incorporate abs into my routine. My goal is to do an entire ab workout at least once a week, slowly turning it into twice a week. My abs are an area I've neglected since I began my fitness journey, so it's time to make a change!


I'll post an example ab workout once I get this routine down!
